Healing begins when we feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and understood.

Meet Carolina, RMHCI

As a bilingual therapist, I am able to provide services in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to express themselves in the language in which they feel most comfortable.

Therapy should be a safe and supportive place where you can be honest about what you are experiencing without fear of judgment. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, emotional difficulties, and patterns that may feel difficult to change. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and overall well-being.

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from different therapeutic approaches based on each client’s unique needs rather than believing that one approach works for everyone. Through EMDR, CBT, Gottman-informed interventions (Couples therapy) and other therapeutic techniques,. Clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and practical tools for navigating life.

Clients leave therapy not only feeling supported, but also with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater confidence in their ability to cope with life’s challenges, and practical tools they can continue using beyond the therapy room.
